Revisiting Your Intention for the Year
At the start of the year, I pulled an angel card to direct our 2026 collective intention. The card was patience, a reminder to slow down and trust the unfolding of life.
We also explored how to set a personal intention to:
Take stock of the past
Integrate what you’ve learned
Leave behind what no longer serves you
Move forward with gratitude and purpose
Now that we’re a quarter of the way through the year, it’s a good time to revisit your intention.
If you created one in January, ask yourself: does it still resonate? What needs to evolve?
If you haven’t set an intention yet, reflect on what you want to carry forward this spring and beyond.
Distill the themes that emerge into one word—this will be your 2026 intention. Your intention is your anchor for the year. Use it to guide you back to your center and craft your mission statement; this should be easy to remember so you can repeat it daily.
Examples:
Love → I expand love in the world by first loving myself.
Abundance → I find abundance in the present moment.
Adventure → Each day invites a new adventure.
