November 2025 Angel Card Pull – Power, Freedom, and Presence
Here’s how the three-card pull works:
First Card: Reflects on lessons from the past and what you’re taking stock in.
Second Card: Focuses on what you’re cultivating in the present.
Third Card: Represents the outcome of aligning past and present energies. Past + present = the outcome.
November 2025 Cards
Power – I transform worry and fear into levity and generosity.
Freedom – Freedom lives inside me.
Presence – I am here now.
About the Cards
Power
Is your reality shaped by controlling others or understanding yourself? Power is the ability to direct your attention, intention, and emotional resources toward self-mastery and transformation. We experience true power when passive and active energies work in harmony, and when grounded effort meets discipline and adaptability. Power comes from the navel chakra (third energy center), which is associated with strength and internal fire, commonly referred to as fire in the belly. Fire transforms everything it touches. It’s the energy that generates action and animates the body, and it’s part of the gut intelligence, dream body, and subconscious mind. It also sends signals to distribute energy throughout the energy centers. The energy system tunes to its frequency.
Practice: Cultivate understanding and generosity rather than relying on force or control to change yourself, others, or outcomes. We turn to control when we can’t accept what is. Through quiet reflection, our energy can flow more freely. Acceptance doesn’t mean we can’t make change. Rather, it allows us to focus on what we can change and helps us release what we can’t. Use your breath to let go of what isn’t yours to change, and feel your power and energetic resources expand.
Affirmation: I transform worry and fear into levity and generosity.
Breathe in: I recognize my inner flame.
Breathe out: I feel vitality.
Freedom
Freedom was also October’s second card, so there’s still something here for us to learn. Like power, true freedom comes from within. It arises from self-discipline, focus, and depth. Many people feel they have no control over their mind. Just as an untended garden grows wild with weeds, an untended mind becomes overrun by distraction and doubt. Is your mind running you, or are you guiding your mind? Freedom begins when we learn to harness the energy of the mind.
Practice: Ask yourself, what makes you, you? Practice being yourself, free from self-doubt. Act from love rather than fear. If that feels difficult, slow down your breath and turn inward. Sit with yourself until it feels less scary, and cultivate love from there.
Affirmation: Freedom lives inside me.
Breathe in: I am space.
Breathe out: I feel free.
Presence
Presence was also February’s third card, and it’s about being here now in this moment. Your presence is the observer, the eternal you, the you that’s free of judgement. It moves through you riding on the wings of your breath. Thoughts are a byproduct of the brain’s electrochemical activity. Billions of neurons send signals throughout the body, empowering us to think and feel. The eternal you is the witness to these thoughts and sensations.
Practice: Release into the moment. Focus on what’s present for you now and pay attention to what you’re doing in this moment. Your breath is your greatest tool for quieting the energy of the mind. Notice the part of you that’s witnessing the moment, as this is your presence.
Affirmation: I am here now.
Breathe in: I know I’m breathing in.
Breathe out: I know I’m breathing out.
Every day, come back to your breath. Notice what arises as you do. Most people would rather do anything than sit quietly, but this is where life unfolds. The mind will try to complicate things, but Power, Freedom, and Presence all live in simplicity.
Breathe in you, the eternal you, the you with no beginning and no end. Allow your breath to connect you to all things.
