Celebration: Take stock in your victories and celebrate them.
Celebrate your victories from the past year! Reflect on positive changes and growth, and write down your takeaways. Savor a moment each day to honor where you’ve come from.
Affirmation: I celebrate my victories.
Breathe in: “I celebrate my victories.”
Breathe out: “I celebrate my victories.”
Responsibility: Take responsibility for the vibes you bring to the party of life.
Be mindful of the energy you bring to your life. We reflect what we’re feeling and thinking. What mindset and mood are you bringing to your day? Be deliberate and intentional.
Affirmation: I accept responsibility for my actions, decisions, and behavior with ease.
Breathe in: “I accept responsibility.”
Breathe out: “I accept responsibility.”
Contentment: Practice being content with what is.
Notice moments of contentment and take the time to enjoy them. Pause to appreciate the present without striving for perfection.
Affirmation: I find contentment in the present moment.
Breathe in: “I am breathing in contentment.”
Breathe out: “I am breathing out contentment.”
