December 2025 Angel Card Pull – Tenderness, Truth, and Grace

Here’s how the three-card pull works:

  • First Card: Reflects on lessons from the past and what you’re taking stock in.

  • Second Card: Focuses on what you’re cultivating in the present.

  • Third Card: Represents the outcome of aligning past and present energies. Past + present = the outcome.

December 2025 Cards

  1. TendernessI touch life with tenderness and reverence.

  2. TruthI allow love to reveal the truth.

  3. GraceI walk, talk, and behave with grace.

About the Cards

Tenderness

Tenderness is passive, calm, quiet, and receptive, the essence of yin. Associated with the sacral or heart (second) chakra, it speaks to the spirit of connectedness through love, kindness, acceptance, and forgiveness. Consider the cycles of the moon, the darkness of night, and the quietness of winter. Tenderness supports the flow of emotions and creativity, and our ability to nurture ourselves.

Practice: Identify an area where you feel rushed. Or notice what triggers harshness in you. Tend to this with a supple, yin approach. Observe what changes when you pause long enough to be receptive rather than reactive in these situations. Soften defensiveness with nonresistance, like the flow of water.

Affirmation: I touch life with tenderness and reverence.

Breathe in: I am water.

Breathe out: I feel reflective.

Truth

Judgment and mind chatter happen in the conscious mind. When we sit in silence, it quiets down. This is how we learn to hear and speak the truth of things, embrace our truth, and express it. Truth is at the deepest level of who you are and comes from love. It’s associated with the throat (fifth) chakra, where we communicate from. Listening to and speaking your truth sets you free.

Practice: Be considerate of your words and their deeper meaning. Are you living in the truth of things? Truth gets louder the more we practice stillness. Listen deeply; make room for your True Self. Practice mindful listening more than you speak, and communicate with authenticity.

Affirmation: I allow love to reveal the truth.

Breathe in: I hear the truth of things.

Breathe out: I speak from my heart.

Grace

Grace is the divine spiritual strength of kindness toward yourself and others. This isn’t about accepting mistreatment, but about tending to yourself and others with compassion. Being gracious with yourself empowers you to lead with authentic open-heartedness; being gracious toward others allows you to be tender without sacrificing your boundaries.

Practice the 4 Graces:

  1. Saving Grace: Be merciful even when it’s undeserved.

  2. Sanctifying Grace: Move past ill will toward yourself and others, reflecting your highest self.

  3. Strengthening Grace: Trust your resilience, learn from adversity, and create a higher state of being.

  4. Serving Grace: Treat others with the highest sense of purpose using kindness and compassion.

Affirmation: I walk, talk, and behave with grace.

Breathe in: I acknowledge temptation.

Breathe out: I breathe out grace.

The exhaustion you might feel this season, or anytime, isn't a reflection of something wrong with you. We receive constant, powerful messaging that slowing down is bad, and even dangerous.

But without doing so, we can’t find quiet, and we remain disconnected from our bodies, our Truth, and our needs. This only leads to more consumption, exhaustion, and numbing out.

You are worthy of hearing and listening to your inner voice.

You don’t have to do it all this holiday season. Ask yourself, is this coming from love or obligation or fear? Practice Tenderness with yourself. Invite your True Self into the light. Give the gift of Grace to yourself and others.
