April 2025 Angel Card Pull – Light, Humor, and Depth
Here’s how the three-card pull works:
First Card: Reflects on lessons from the past and what you’re taking stock in.
Second Card: Focuses on what you’re cultivating in the present.
Third Card: Represents the outcome of aligning past and present energies. Past + present = the outcome.
April 2025 Cards

Depth – In life’s depth, I find peace of mind.
About the Cards
Light
Light is a 6th Chakra element and the symbol of spiritual illumination. In psychic realms, we think of light as the awakening of consciousness and understanding the deeper truth. In yoga and meditation practices, we often close with Namaste, which means I bow to you. We use it to express our gratitude: The light within me recognizes the light within you. I bow to the light within.
Practice: Cultivate your inner light by being you. Start with gratitude for this life, the body that carries you through, and the senses that allow you to experience your surroundings.
Affirmation: I let my light shine fully.
Breathe in: I am breathing in my light.
Breathe out: I let my light shine.
Humor
When’s the last time you belly laughed? Laughter floods us with oxygen and endorphins, the feel-good chemicals that ease pain and stress. Expanding our capacity for humor helps us move through life’s hardest moments with more resilience. Laughing gets things moving and releases energetic stagnation!
Practice: At the end of each day, recall one moment that made you smile or laugh. Share it with someone and let the joy expand. Then, turn that lightness toward yourself. When you can laugh at your own quirks, you’ll feel a release through your whole body.
Affirmation: My humor is my medicine.
Breathe in: I am breathing in humor.
Breathe out: I am breathing out humor.
Depth
Depth is the space within us that opens when we move beyond the surface noise of the mind—the to-do lists, worries, and chatter—and into stillness—the neutral mind, calm and free of judgement. I think of it like the ocean: the surface may be choppy and turbulent, but dive deeper, and all is calm. In that quiet, we find tranquility.
Practice: Sit quietly twice daily. Thoughts will come and go. Let them pass by, as if they’re leaves floating down a river. Simply enjoy your inhale and exhale. When your mind wanders, bring it back to your breath.
Humans have thousands of thoughts per day. This practice trains the mind to detach from unproductive loops, creating space for a deepened perspective.
Affirmation: In life’s depth, I find peace of mind.
Breathe in: I know I am breathing in.
Breathe out: I know I am breathing out.
